Lead the architecture and development of software systems that validate high-performance networking solutions across complex AI cluster environments. Own the validation roadmap, build scalable automation and debugging infrastructure, and guide technical alignment across engineering teams.

- Design and implement system-level network validation methodologies
- Build systems that orchestrate large-scale concurrent I/O and inject infrastructure faults
- Develop telemetry systems for root-cause analysis and system-level insights
- Advance AI-driven test automation, scenario generation, and autonomous validation pipelines
- Create testing frameworks, automation infrastructure, and debugging tools
- Set engineering practices for design documentation, code reviews, testing, and technical alignment
- Produce data-driven reports and mentor high-performance engineering teams
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 12 years of experience developing large-scale software projects
- Strong distributed systems and system-level debugging experience
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Rust, plus Python and Bash
- Experience building automation frameworks, validation tools, or large-scale infrastructure platforms
- Deep knowledge of concurrency, consistency models, fault tolerance, and distributed system behavior under stress
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives from architecture through delivery

- Experience with RDMA, RoCE, or AI networking such as NCCL
- Knowledge of L2, L3, and L4 networking protocols
- Familiarity with ConnectX, SpecX, or BlueField networking solutions
- Experience with performance analysis, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
- Background in chaos engineering, fault injection, or simulation systems
