A technology-focused hardware company is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to develop advanced cooling solutions for next-generation high-speed communication devices.

- Design advanced conduction- and convection-based thermal solutions for next-generation products.
- Develop thermal designs for high-speed communication hardware.
- Perform thermal simulations and analyses.
- Work on a range of complex thermal engineering designs.
דרישות
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with an energy focus, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing thermal solutions for hardware components.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
- Strong understanding of FEA/CFD theory and heat-transfer analysis tools.
- Expert proficiency in at least one thermal simulation tool, such as Icepak, FloTHERM, or Fluent.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Experience modeling the thermal behavior of PCBs, boards, and electronic components.
- Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and constraints.
- Hands-on experience with thermal analysis workflows and design of experiments.
- Experience designing liquid-cooling solutions.
