Senior Process Engineer

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering process solutions for semiconductor and other advanced manufacturing facilities. The role is based onsite in Kiryat Gat, Israel, up to five days per week.

- Lead process design activities, including mass and energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and process modeling.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, yield, safety, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
- Support FEED, detailed design, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Conduct process hazard analyses, including HAZOP, LOPA, and ATEX assessments.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and project management teams.
- Prepare technical specifications, design reports, operating procedures, and validation protocols.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and support project decisions.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical guidance during construction and commissioning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of process engineering experience in advanced manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related high-tech sector.
- Experience with process design tools such as Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with HAZOP studies and ATEX requirements.
- Understanding of process safety, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, or operational troubleshooting.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work onsite in Kiryat Gat up to five days per week.

- Experience in semiconductor, biotech, pharmaceutical, battery manufacturing, or other high-purity or cleanroom environments.
- Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization strategies in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with digital engineering tools, data analytics, or automation and controls integration.
