Lead new product introduction and supplier management for advanced computing hardware, coordinating engineering, operations, finance, manufacturing, and global partners.

- Lead new product introduction activities from early design through production transfer.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, business units, finance, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations.
- Work with global partners to establish supply chains supporting manufacturability, technology, quality, and business requirements.
- Identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and implement risk management practices.
- Define and execute schedules, statements of work, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Prepare products and operational infrastructure for transition to production.
- Assess supplier manufacturing capabilities and support product qualification and capacity-loading decisions.
- Develop project management processes that improve tracking, transparency, execution, and operational efficiency.
- Report program status to senior management.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, materials engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading complex, technology-intensive projects.
- Strong engineering background with business and operations knowledge.
- Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with global teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when coordinating with international stakeholders.
