Configuration Control Specialist / BOM Manager

Manage bills of materials, engineering changes, configuration control, and product data throughout the transition from development to production.

- Create and maintain multi-level bills of materials covering items, subassemblies, and final configurations.
- Manage item lifecycles, including creation, updates, and cataloging.
- Administer PLM/PDM and Priority systems, including data accuracy, document control, and versioning.
- Prepare production files such as drawings, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical procedures.
- Lead engineering change order processes in coordination with research and development and manufacturing teams.
- Implement and monitor configuration control methods across projects.
- Support accurate product data and documentation during development-to-production transitions.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in configuration control, BOM management, or item management.
- Bachelor of Science or practical engineering qualification in industrial engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM systems and Priority is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of BOM structures, manufacturing processes, and new product introduction workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and electronic component specifications.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English for technical documentation.
