Senior Signal and Power Integrity Engineer

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing advanced GPU, switch, adapter, and electro-optical products. You will own signal and power integrity design from concept through verification and release, collaborating with architecture, ASIC, mixed-signal, package, and PCB teams.

- Design low-speed I/O channels, including clock circuits, DDR and memory interfaces, and sensitive signals
- Define package and PCB layout guidelines for switches, adapters, and electro-optical modules
- Perform package, board, and system signal and power integrity activities
- Select PCB stack-up and materials, implement design guidelines, review layouts, and conduct post-layout analysis
- Collaborate with architecture, ASIC, mixed-signal, package, and PCB design teams to achieve system SI/PI targets
- Simulate passive and active elements using 2D and 3D tools
- Measure and validate systems in the laboratory using network analyzers, TDR, and oscilloscopes
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in low-speed I/O simulation and design, including clock circuits, DDR and memory interfaces, transmitter and receiver design, and equalization
- Advanced proficiency in time-domain analysis and tools
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic waves, transmission-line theory, and via properties
- Advanced proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools such as Ansys EM or CST
- Experience with laboratory measurements using VNA, TDR, and oscilloscopes
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering work in an intense environment

- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with time-domain co-simulation of I/O circuits and PDN models
- Familiarity with NRZ and PAM-4 signaling
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, and C
