- Support system development from proposal through development, laboratory integration, and customer delivery.
- Analyze customer requirements and define system characteristics and requirements for development teams.
- Define system requirements for microwave systems and antennas.
- Specify, track, and integrate work with subcontractors.
- Lead integration and testing processes in laboratories and at customer sites.
דרישות
- BSc in Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in circuit or hardware development and RT embedded development.
- Experience across most disciplines involved in designing and implementing RF technologies.
- Very good English communication skills, including writing, reading, and speaking.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel abroad approximately three to four times per year.
- Strong organizational, self-learning, management, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience as a systems integrator, integration engineer, or equivalent.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
- Prior service in an advanced technological unit as a technician or practical engineer.
