Senior Electrical Engineer, Sustaining Engineering

Lead electrical engineering activities across design transfer and sustaining engineering for advanced medical treatment systems. Support manufacturing readiness, product quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle improvements while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

- Lead electrical engineering activities for design transfer and sustaining engineering projects
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to electrical engineers
- Act as a subject matter expert for electrical design during design transfer and production
- Transfer electrical designs from R&D into manufacturing
- Provide design-for-manufacturing recommendations
- Maintain and improve PCB and electrical board designs
- Define electrical project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Create and maintain PCB documentation, PCBA files, BOMs, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing subcontractors, R&D, quality, and manufacturing teams
- Perform hands-on electrical design, testing, validation, and troubleshooting
- Develop electrical test procedures, technical documentation, and test reports
- Lead electrical design reviews and guide cross-functional teams
דרישות
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of electrical engineering experience in the medical device industry
- At least 5 years of digital circuit design experience
- Knowledge of medical device standards and electrical safety requirements
- Experience leading electrical projects from concept through manufacturing
- Experience with PCB design and layout tools, including Altium
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and function generators
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
