Production Test Engineer – High-Speed Mixed-Signal ICs

Responsible for production testing, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of high-speed mixed-signal integrated circuits in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

- Execute test plans for high-speed mixed-signal ICs before production release.
- Perform automated analog and digital testing on ATE platforms.
- Monitor production test performance and verify device quality before shipment.
- Troubleshoot test failures, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Debug and refine test programs with design engineers.
- Optimize test flows, reduce test time, and improve throughput without compromising coverage.
- Analyze test data to support yield enhancement and defect reduction.
- Automate repetitive test tasks and implement testing procedures.
- Collaborate on test-process manufacturability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports covering yield, test results, and device-performance analysis.
- Maintain, calibrate, configure, and validate ATE and laboratory test equipment.
- Resolve issues affecting test-equipment functionality.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production testing of high-speed mixed-signal ICs or similar semiconductor devices.
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or National Instruments.
- Experience testing SerDes and analog components including ADCs, DACs, amplifiers, and PLLs.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, timing analysis, and power-consumption testing.
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Experience with test-data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication across engineering and production teams.
