  • Define technical vision for ASIC design methodologies, microarchitecture, and development flows
  • Evaluate, develop, and integrate AI-based tools and flows across design teams
  • Architect shared design code and solutions for broad team adoption
  • Collaborate with chip design stakeholders to identify problems and develop methodologies
  • Evaluate EDA tools with vendors and lead their integration
  • Provide design guidance, mentoring, and training on best practices
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and align technical roadmaps across teams

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ years of hands-on pre-silicon design experience
  • Proven technical leadership and experience driving cross-team initiatives
  • Strong ability to mentor and influence senior engineers

יתרון

  • Experience with AI-based development tools
  • Broad system-level understanding of chip design flows
  • Experience with CDC and power-saving techniques, including clock gating and power gating
