- Lead end-to-end systems engineering for an advanced interceptor.
- Translate operational requirements into system requirements and an integrated technical solution.
- Coordinate integration across propulsion, guidance and navigation, control, structures, electronics, software, testing, and manufacturing.
- Lead systems integration, testing, delivery, and operational qualification.
- Work closely with program leadership, customers, engineering functions, manufacturing teams, test organizations, and external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with performance, schedule, cost, safety, and reliability requirements.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex, technology-intensive systems.
- Deep understanding of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC), including dynamics and control.
- Experience leading systems integration and testing.
- Experience providing matrix leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work with defense customers and external suppliers.
- Broad systems perspective combined with strong technical understanding of detailed engineering issues.
