Junior Field Service Engineer

Customer-facing field service role supporting analytical and laboratory equipment at hospitals and central laboratories throughout Israel. Approximately 80% of the work is performed at customer sites, primarily around the country, with occasional international travel.

- Install new analytical and laboratory equipment
- Perform functionality tests and preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults
- Carry out repairs and routine maintenance according to company and safety guidelines
- Train customers on equipment use
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while working collaboratively
דרישות
- Engineering degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field from a recognized institution
- At least two years of customer-facing experience with medical or analytical equipment in Israel
- Strong understanding of computer science
- High level of English and ability to learn professional material in English
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
