A fast-growing gaming company is seeking a Tech Lead to own backend services, infrastructure, API design, and end-to-end feature delivery in collaboration with frontend engineers.

- Design, implement, and maintain backend services with NestJS
- Develop data models and caching strategies using databases and Redis
- Manage background processing with BullMQ
- Collaborate with frontend engineers working in React
- Own feature delivery from infrastructure and UI design through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Contribute to architecture decisions and the technical roadmap
- Manage cloud-native deployments, configuration, and scalability
דרישות
- At least 8 years of experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and job queues
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
- Experience delivering features end to end, including frontend integration
- Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or a comparable platform
- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and materialized views
יתרון
- Experience with Amazon Aurora
- Familiarity with dbt or similar data engineering tools
- Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Materialize
