- Own major features and subsystems from concept through production, monitoring, iteration, and refinement.
- Build and maintain infrastructure, platform components, backend services, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and reliable cloud-native systems.
- Drive ownership, craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and delivery practices.
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering and product-development practices.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience with Python, Node.js, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience from a technological army unit.
- Experience leading major projects and taking systems from design through production.
- Comfort working across infrastructure, DevOps, backend, frontend, and product concerns.
