Join a customer experience engineering team building scalable commerce, automation, and agentic AI experiences. Own complex initiatives across backend, frontend, data systems, and architecture while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

- Serve as a technical expert for core customer experience platform areas
- Set standards for code quality, maintainability, and architecture
- Lead design reviews and technical decisions for large-scale initiatives
- Own cross-system projects from definition through delivery and impact measurement
- Improve system cost, scalability, and operational stability
- Engage with customers to understand needs and drive broadly useful improvements
- Improve documentation, design reviews, code reviews, onboarding, and team processes
- Identify customer experience opportunities and contribute them to the product roadmap
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
דרישות
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep full-stack development expertise
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Track record of leading complex, multi-system initiatives and setting architecture and quality standards
- Experience building customer-facing products with product managers and customer-facing stakeholders
- Production experience operating data systems at billion-record scale
- Experience with Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake
- Ability to design data-access layers, optimize schemas and queries, and work with sharded and partitioned systems
- Experience building reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments; AWS experience is advantageous
- Experience with LLM-powered products or agentic AI workflows
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
- Strong communication, collaboration, autonomy, and project ownership skills
- Experience using AI development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot
