Lead a core engineering team building secure, scalable product components for an enterprise identity security platform. Own technical direction while contributing hands-on across frontend and backend systems.

- Set architecture and technical direction across frontend and backend codebases
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, secure application components
- Own end-to-end delivery from planning and design through implementation and release
- Mentor engineers and guide technical and architectural decisions
- Translate product requirements into scalable solutions with engineering and UX partners
- Establish engineering practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex engineering challenges
- Maintain high code quality and system performance
- Communicate technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
דרישות
- At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience
- At least 2 years in a tech lead or other technical leadership role, owning architecture and guiding engineering teams
- Strong backend development experience, preferably with Node.js
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue; React is preferred
- Proficiency in TypeScript and working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of schema design, query performance, cluster architecture, orchestration, infrastructure, and deployment and scaling patterns
- Production experience using AI coding and reasoning tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Cursor
