- Set technical direction for the product suite and support product-led growth.
- Build features for a platform used by thousands of daily users.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Establish and promote frontend best practices, code quality, accessibility, and performance.
- Provide technical guidance through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience building sophisticated SaaS products.
- Advanced React proficiency, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills with modern frontend development practices.
- Experience leading complex projects from concept through implementation and maintenance.
- Strong focus on production-quality code, testing, monitoring, maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
- Ability to translate user problems into intuitive technical solutions.
- Experience creating polished, user-friendly interfaces.

- Experience or interest in applying AI technologies to user experiences.
- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend development.
