- Architect, build, and scale high-performance React and Next.js web applications
- Own, monitor, and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals, including LCP, INP, and TBT
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams on SEM tools, tracking integrations, and conversion funnels
- Lead features from technical scoping and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring
- Evolve CMS architecture, design systems, and frontend toolchains
- Maintain code quality and promote automated testing and engineering best practices
- Mentor team members and contribute to frontend excellence
דרישות
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack, high-scale production web environments
- Advanced proficiency with React or another modern JavaScript framework, TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Git
- Experience integrating SDKs and APIs
- Proven ability to optimize Core Web Vitals and web performance
- Experience implementing technical SEO strategies
- Strong experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted agentic development workflows using tools such as Cursor or Claude
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
