Build and own high-performance public web experiences for a technology-led small business insurance provider. Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to improve customer journeys, SEO, and conversion.

- Architect, build, and scale React/NextJS web applications
- Own and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals, including LCP, INP, and TBT
- Build SEM campaign tools, custom tracking, and conversion funnels with marketing, product, and data teams
- Lead features from technical scoping and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Evolve CMS architecture, design systems, and frontend toolchains
- Maintain code quality and promote automated testing best practices
- Mentor team members
דרישות
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack production web environments
- Advanced React or modern JavaScript framework skills
- Strong TypeScript or JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills
- Experience with Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization
- Experience implementing technical SEO strategies
- Experience integrating SDKs and APIs
- Strong automated testing experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted agentic development workflows is required
