  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a frontend engineering team as the organization grows

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of frontend development experience
  • Deep experience with React or Next.js
  • Experience building high-traffic web applications
  • Experience with WebSockets and real-time user interfaces
  • Strong ownership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, modern frontend tooling, and CI/CD workflows
