A sports technology company is hiring a hands-on software engineer for its R&D team. The role focuses on low-level, real-time systems spanning cameras, video processing, automated production, graphics, and backend infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems across the video pipeline.
- Build and support real-time video processing, ingest, transcoding, and streaming infrastructure.
- Collaborate on backend services written in Python and Go.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in multithreaded, low-latency systems.
- Work with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable features.
- Use AI development tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant military technology-unit experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong C++11 or later experience.
- Low-level, system-level development experience on Linux.
- Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
- Experience spanning hardware and software domains, such as embedded systems, IoT, or military technology.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.

- Experience with video streaming, real-time video processing, or multimedia frameworks such as FFmpeg or CUDA.
- Knowledge of UDP, TCP, RTMP, HLS, or transport-layer development.
- Experience with Go or Python.
- IoT or embedded-systems experience.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools.
