- Lead and mentor embedded software engineers.
- Own system architecture and technical decisions.
- Design and optimize Embedded Linux software.
- Oversee multiprocess and networking system design.
- Integrate software with hardware, QA, and product teams.
- Promote AI-assisted coding, review, test generation, and diagnostics; assess impact on speed and quality.
- Evaluate on-device AI opportunities with product and architecture stakeholders.
- Review code and uphold engineering standards.
- Manage team priorities, execution, and delivery timelines.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- At least 3 years of team lead or engineering management experience.
- At least 5 years of real-time embedded development experience.
- Strong C and modern C++ skills (C++14 or later).
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into coding, reviews, debugging, and test generation.
- Extensive Embedded Linux experience, including kernel and drivers.
- Strong experience with multithreaded and multiprocess systems.
- Python experience for automation and testing.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
