Join a multidisciplinary engineering team building a real-time training and simulation platform that integrates flight simulators, XR systems, sensors, hardware, and cognitive analytics.

- Design, develop, and maintain modern C++ components for a Windows-based real-time simulation platform.
- Integrate flight simulators, simulator SDKs, XR and VR systems, eye trackers, sensors, and simulator peripherals.
- Develop real-time communication, data-flow, and external-system interfaces.
- Implement simulator features, training logic, scenarios, and supporting infrastructure.
- Collect, process, and expose simulator and trainee data for analysis and evaluation.
- Debug issues involving software, simulation behavior, hardware, networking, and system integration.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
- Own features through design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, production-quality code while collaborating with product, data, research, QA, and simulation teams.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Three to five years of professional C++ development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, memory management, and multithreading.
- Experience developing Windows software and working with large existing codebases.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and independent investigation skills.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

- Experience with flight simulators, simulation systems, or simulator SDKs such as Prepar3D, VBS, or X-Plane.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, VR/XR/MR systems, professional XR headsets, or eye tracking.
- Knowledge of DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, hardware and sensor integration, aviation, or flight training systems.
