Lead a team of five technical specialists while remaining hands-on in production support, monitoring, incident management, integrations, customer implementations, automation, and internal IT for a payments platform.

- Lead and develop a team of five technical specialists
- Own technical incidents, troubleshooting, escalations, and production support
- Improve production monitoring and alerting, including thresholds, escalation flows, and incident playbooks
- Manage a 24/7 network operations center service to support continuous monitoring and rapid incident response
- Manage technical integrations with business customers and partners
- Lead technical product implementations and customer onboarding
- Collaborate with research and development teams on integrations, production issues, investigations, and technical solutions
- Support Product and Customer Success with complex technical and operational requirements
- Drive quality assurance and operational automation using automation and AI tools
- Own internal IT operations and SaaS platforms
- Improve service quality, response times, platform visibility, and operational efficiency
דרישות
- At least 5 years of experience in highly technical, hands-on roles
- At least 3 years of experience managing technical teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of APIs, SQL, logs, networking, and cloud environments
- Experience with AWS and modern SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with production monitoring, alerting, incident management, and operational playbooks
- Experience managing technical integrations and customer implementations
- Ability to work closely with software developers
- Experience with automation and AI-assisted tools
- Strong business and customer-facing orientation
- High ownership, independence, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
