- Lead customer deployments and product implementations
- Present architecture and technical solutions during sales and onboarding processes
- Coordinate deployment timelines across internal teams
- Install on-premise systems at customer sites worldwide
- Contribute to system architecture and security design
- Act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure and deployment issues
- Analyze root causes and drive troubleshooting through validation of long-term solutions
דרישות
- At least 3 years of hands-on Linux and Bash scripting experience
- At least 3 years of systems administration experience in mission-critical or production environments
- Experience troubleshooting complex system and production issues end to end
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and network troubleshooting
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions in high-pressure production environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end ownership
- Fluent written and spoken English

- Experience with software deployment and customer-facing work
