Own the cloud-native infrastructure, deployment workflows, production reliability, and operational standards for a growing SaaS product.

- Own development, test, and production cloud infrastructure.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure for a SaaS product.
- Lead CI/CD, deployment, and release-management processes.
- Manage and scale Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and public-cloud environments.
- Establish observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident-response practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations, resolve production incidents, lead postmortems, and implement preventive improvements.
- Partner with R&D to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop automation and scripting tools and promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Create operational processes, infrastructure standards, and documentation for the growing DevOps function.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience.
- Experience owning production systems in a SaaS company.
- Experience working independently as a sole DevOps engineer, technical lead, or infrastructure owner.
- Hands-on experience with public-cloud, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitOps, and Argo CD.
- Experience with Prometheus, observability, monitoring, alerting, on-call operations, incident response, and reliability improvement.
- Strong scripting skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- A relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
