Lead the design, development, and operation of real-time, low-latency backend infrastructure, decisioning systems, ingestion pipelines, schema management, and API platforms serving global enterprise customers.

- Design, build, and scale backend systems for real-time decisioning and APIs
- Own projects from design and implementation through production rollout and monitoring
- Build low-latency, fault-tolerant, high-throughput distributed systems
- Improve observability, reliability, and developer experience through operational and tooling practices
- Collaborate with product, analytics, data science, and infrastructure teams
- Participate in technical discussions and support enterprise integrations with customers
דרישות
- 10+ years of experience building backend systems in large-scale production environments
- At least 2 years as a Staff Engineer or equivalent
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience designing and maintaining high-scale distributed systems
- Ability to explain complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with customers worldwide

- Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks such as Flink or Storm
