Join a newly formed modernization team responsible for solving systemic platform architecture challenges, leading migrations, building shared infrastructure, and enabling product teams to deliver safely and efficiently. The role is hybrid in Israel and full-time.

- Own end-to-end platform modernization and migration initiatives.
- Identify and resolve systemic architectural challenges affecting multiple product teams.
- Design and build shared infrastructure, engineering tools, and migration solutions.
- Apply AI-assisted development to code generation, migration scripting, testing, code review, and documentation.
- Drive architectural decisions with broad cross-team impact.
- Enable product teams to work faster and more safely through platform-level solutions.
דרישות
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience with Node.js.
- Strong production experience with distributed systems, including messaging, caching, microservice communication, and failure handling.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to own complex technical work from design through production.
- Hands-on daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or equivalent.
- A track record of driving architectural decisions with cross-team impact.
- Experience with large-scale production migrations, such as monolith decomposition, data-layer rearchitecture, or messaging-infrastructure migration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across team boundaries.

- .NET experience, particularly migrating services to a modern stack.
- Experience building or operating shared platform infrastructure used by multiple teams.
- Familiarity with event-driven patterns such as the outbox and saga patterns.
