  • Lead and mentor the SAP development team.
  • Split time between team management and hands-on SAP ABAP development.
  • Manage development activities and priorities according to the work plan.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
  • Lead and support SAP integrations and interfaces.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to procedures.
  • Support timely delivery of development work.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of professional SAP development experience.
  • Proven SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Strong experience with ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Function Modules/RFC, IDOCs, ALV, enhancements, and forms.
  • Experience with OData/Gateway and SAP integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders.
