Join a GenAI engineering team building company-wide agent platforms and customer-facing AI assistants. Own scalable backend services and cloud-native infrastructure from design through production operations.

- Design, build, and own resilient backend services and AWS-based infrastructure for generative AI applications.
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and integrations for knowledge bases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and evaluation systems.
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decisions for significant system areas.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver backend solutions for AI-agent use cases.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and promote quality, observability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability, performance, and security.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience building and operating production systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in microservices, API design, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Strong Python skills for scalable, production-grade backend services.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI, including LLMs, knowledge bases, agent frameworks, vector databases, or related tooling.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, caching, and messaging technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch.
- Practical knowledge of observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Experience with agile development and delivery tools such as Jira.
