- Design and build backend services for AI security products using Node.js and TypeScript
- Own features from business requirements and architecture through implementation, delivery, and production quality
- Work with Product and customers to translate evolving needs into robust technical solutions
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams on complex cross-company projects
- Make and communicate architectural decisions in an evolving technical domain
- Raise engineering standards through code reviews, design discussions, and technical examples
דרישות
- 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience
- Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems
- Ability to own features from requirements through production
- Strong independence, accountability, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills for working in a fully distributed team
- Early adoption of AI technologies and interest in improving developer experience and system performance
