- Build and scale backend services for payment processing and financial integrations.
- Design, code, test, and deploy product functionality end to end.
- Develop API integrations, data synchronization, fraud-prevention capabilities, and reliable user-facing services.
- Make architectural decisions for scalable, secure, and highly reliable systems.
- Work with serverless AWS infrastructure, relational and document databases, and automated deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering colleagues to improve the overall product experience.

- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including software design and architecture.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience operating cloud-based production environments.
- Strong collaboration and team-oriented communication.
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, AWS, and scalable databases is relevant to the role.
