Join an enterprise software company building autonomous, AI-powered systems and cloud-native SaaS products. Design and scale backend services that support distributed workloads and intelligent agent workflows for enterprise customers. The role is hybrid in Israel.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Build cloud-native SaaS solutions for enterprise-scale workloads
- Architect and implement reliable, performant, and secure distributed systems
- Develop and operate Kubernetes-based microservices
- Design and optimize data models, storage layers, and database performance
- Integrate AI services and agentic workflows into platform capabilities
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, AI engineers, and SRE teams
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives
- Improve operational excellence through monitoring, observability, automation, and CI/CD
- Track emerging technologies in cloud computing, distributed systems, and AI
דרישות
- At least 8 years of software development experience, focused on backend systems
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills
- Experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures
- Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native application development
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
- Experience integrating AI services or building AI-powered production applications

- Production experience deploying and operating AI/ML workloads
- Experience with agentic systems, AI orchestration frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation, or LLM applications
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools

- Familiarity with security, compliance, and enterprise-scale software requirements
