- Build and scale customer-facing and internal backend software
- Develop secure tools and services for insurance operations and customers
- Write organized, robust, and well-tested code
- Work with continuously integrated and deployed cloud infrastructure
- Own software quality, resolve bugs, and maintain reliable services
- Proactively deliver software improvements for international teams
- Collaborate with developers to solve complex engineering problems
דרישות
- At least 5 years of hands-on backend engineering experience
- Professional experience with Python, Java, or Go
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and networking
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Experience deploying code to cloud production environments such as AWS
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, or MongoDB
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills
