Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services for a cloud-native advertising technology platform. Own features from planning through deployment and improve system performance, reliability, and operating costs.

- Deliver features from concept through deployment, translating business goals into technical plans.
- Build and optimize backend microservices for high-volume, low-latency workloads.
- Use AI-assisted tools and automation for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Profile systems, improve resource utilization, and reduce cloud compute and data-transfer costs while maintaining reliability.
- Integrate data science models and ad-serving logic into production services.
- Deploy, maintain, and scale microservices on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Automate manual processes and improve inefficient code paths.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience building high-concurrency, low-latency applications.
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Rust, or deep experience with Java or C#.
- Experience designing microservices and optimizing production systems using CPU and memory profiling.
- Hands-on experience with high-performance or analytical data stores such as Redis, Valkey, Aerospike, Bigtable, or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with GCP, Kubernetes or GKE, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using AI developer tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to independently own initiatives and collaborate across teams.
