Join an engineering team building scalable SaaS products and cloud-based microservices for an AI-driven email security platform. You will help shape platform architecture, improve engineering practices, and support secure, high-quality development.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on platform architecture, engineering enablement, and secure delivery.
- Contribute to backend engineering standards, tools, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and promote engineering excellence across the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to backend engineers.
- Develop expertise in platform architecture, performance, and optimization.
דרישות
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Python and Django.
- Experience with Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, cloud environments, and microservices architecture and development.
- Previous experience developing software platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
