  • Define and drive long-term strategy for AI-first development tools in collaboration with engineering leadership.
  • Develop and integrate tools based on the latest AI technologies to accelerate the R&D department.
  • Lead company-wide technical initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple teams.
  • Establish and formalize engineering best practices around performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, developer productivity, and system robustness.

דרישות

  • 15+ years of professional experience building software systems.
  • Proven track record in technical leadership roles, delivering complex cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of architecture, scalability, and operations for enterprise software.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent) and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong coding skills in one or more modern backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java, C#).
  • Power user of AI-first development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, agents, MCP servers).
  • Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to align directors and executives toward a shared vision.
  • First principles thinking to break down recommendations to basic technical truths.
