  • Develop and maintain applications in a Genesys on-premises environment.
  • Contribute to a future cloud migration project.
  • Develop Java services and REST APIs integrating with core banking systems and enterprise middleware.

דרישות

  • At least 3 years of Java development experience.
  • At least 4 years of IVR or CTI systems development experience.
  • Proven experience developing REST APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or Oracle databases.
  • Experience using Git.

יתרון

  • Experience with Genesys Engage or cloud-based contact center solutions (CCaaS).
  • Experience with other contact center systems.
