- Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable backend services
- Drive architectural discussions and technical decisions
- Own product features from ideation through deployment
- Implement backend services and occasional frontend components
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions
- Champion code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Mentor engineers and strengthen engineering culture
- Collaborate with product, design, UX, and engineering teams across the imaging platform
דרישות
- 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex production systems
- At least 2 years of technical leadership experience
- End-to-end experience with backend architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, C#, or another modern backend language
- Experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud environment
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with production monitoring and observability
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices
