- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance REST and gRPC backend services
- Build and optimize asynchronous Python applications for real-time audio and text processing
- Integrate backend systems with mobile and web clients at low latency
- Lead architecture decisions focused on fault tolerance, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with AI/ML, mobile, DevOps, and product teams on end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, deployment quality, and code quality standards
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization against reliability objectives
דרישות
- At least 8 years designing and developing scalable distributed backend systems
- Deep expertise in Python concurrency and execution models
- Production experience building asynchronous Python applications for high-volume traffic
- Strong production experience with Pydantic and FastAPI
- Expertise designing RESTful APIs and gRPC services, including compatibility and versioning
- Experience solving performance, scalability, and workload distribution challenges
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and data modeling
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS deployments
- Strong proficiency with AWS and cloud-native architectures
- Understanding of observability, including tracing, metrics, logging, and monitoring

- Additional experience with Go, Rust, Java, Scala, or Kotlin
- Audio/video streaming and real-time communication experience
- Dataframe libraries such as Pandas, Polars, or Daft
- LLM integration and AI model serving frameworks
- Data pipelines, ETL, Spark, Flink, Airflow, or Dagster
