Backend Software Developer

Develop and maintain applications, APIs, integrations and automation supporting financial business processes. Work with business, operations, product and IT teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role in Herzliya Pituach.

- Design, develop, test and maintain internal business applications for financial product onboarding and lifecycle management, trade processing and payments.
- Build and maintain APIs and integration services connecting internal applications with third-party platforms.
- Automate processes and improve straight-through processing and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into technology solutions, and contribute to architecture discussions and product enhancements.
- Provide third-line support, resolve production incidents and defects, and participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Apply secure development practices and support regulatory, audit and compliance requirements, including application logging and monitoring.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing, user training and knowledge transfer.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of Python backend development experience, with some frontend exposure
- Experience with SQL and some exposure to PostgreSQL
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Function Apps, App Service, Blob Storage, Key Vault, IAM or Managed Identities
- Experience with IaaS and PaaS solutions
