  • Design, build, test, and operate personalization features across web and mobile surfaces.
  • Deliver maintainable, performant, and reliable end-to-end software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and science teams to define experiences, run experiments, and iterate using data.
  • Develop AI-powered experiences such as personalized updates, relevance explanations, and contextual recommendations.
  • Implement analytics events and experiment configurations to measure engagement and retention.
  • Track mobile technology trends and collaborate with mobile engineering teams.
  • Contribute to architecture, engineering standards, operational excellence, and technical direction.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote effective software development practices.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Java, C++, or C#, with object-oriented design experience.
  • Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
  • Experience contributing to architecture and design for reliable, scalable systems.
  • Strong technical judgment, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.

יתרון

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with server-side rendering and performance-focused UI patterns.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, and metrics-driven iteration.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative AI applications.
  • Experience with monitoring, on-call operations, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
