- Design, build, and deploy large-scale machine learning systems for ad ranking, click-through and conversion prediction, bid optimization, and next-best-action recommendations
- Build and operate production machine learning pipelines covering feature engineering, distributed training, deployment, retraining, and monitoring
- Use broad product data assets to enable real-time decisioning from user-level features
- Optimize distributed training and inference for CPU/GPU efficiency, latency, and cost
- Partner with data science, data engineering, and product teams to deliver models that improve business metrics
- Run rigorous online experiments to validate model impact
- Apply current machine learning research to advertising, ranking, and audience modeling

- At least 8 years of experience building and deploying production machine learning systems at scale
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proficiency in Python; Java, Scala, or C++ experience is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or comparable machine learning frameworks
- Experience with distributed data and compute systems such as Spark, Beam, Dataflow, or Flink
- Experience building feature stores, data versioning, model monitoring, and automated retraining
- Proven record of delivering models that improve product or business metrics
- Master’s or Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Candidates must be local to the posting location in Israel

- Familiarity with Databricks, Unity Catalog, semantic layers, or feature platforms
- Experience applying large language models or agentic systems to audience insights or optimization
- Background in AdTech, recommender systems, search and ranking, or real-time bidding
