Develop and improve learning-based algorithms for planning, decision-making, and driving behavior in autonomous driving systems. Work across research, model development, training, evaluation, tooling, integration, and deployment, collaborating with control, simulation, data, and algorithm teams.

- Develop and improve deep learning models for planning, decision-making, and driving behavior.
- Create training and evaluation workflows with metrics for safety, progress, comfort, interaction quality, and robustness.
- Analyze model behavior and failure modes, run experiments, and improve models and data.
- Build data and evaluation tools, debug infrastructure, and support model deployment.
- Collaborate with control, simulation, data, and algorithm teams to integrate and validate capabilities in simulation and on real vehicles.
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on industry experience developing and training deep learning models.
- Experience across multiple stages of the model lifecycle, including research, model development, data pipelines, evaluation, tooling, integration, or deployment.
- Strong foundation in machine learning, algorithms, and data structures.

- Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, motion planning, prediction, simulation, or control.
- Knowledge of computer vision, generative modeling, reinforcement learning, or multimodal learning.
