Lead the company’s AI strategy and hands-on implementation across business functions. Initially an individual contributor working with the CEO and management team, the role will later build and lead a small team as AI capabilities grow across e-commerce and retail operations.

- Define the AI strategy and execution roadmap, identifying and prioritizing initiatives by business value, implementation speed, and scalability.
- Design, build, deploy, and improve AI-powered workflows, tools, automations, agents, and production applications.
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders and drive adoption and behavioral change across teams.
- Assess emerging AI technologies, models, vendors, and platforms; establish development governance, standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Set success metrics for AI initiatives and track impact on growth, productivity, speed, efficiency, and cost.
- Over time, build and lead a small, high-performing team.

- Degree or technical foundation in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience building technology, data, AI, automation, or software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and deliver AI products, agents, automations, or workflows with measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, agent frameworks, APIs, embeddings, automation platforms, and production deployments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and data-driven application development.
- Understanding of business operations, growth metrics, performance marketing, and operational KPIs.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
