- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of computer vision and deep learning engineers
- Own end-to-end computer vision algorithm development, including requirements, data collection, proof of concept, validation, optimization, and production readiness
- Set research direction, make architecture decisions, and define KPIs for product features
- Collaborate with embedded software teams to optimize algorithms for edge devices and support production deployment
- Partner with Product, Systems, Hardware, QA, and global engineering teams to deliver automotive-grade solutions
- Lead technical planning, execution, and delivery while balancing innovation, performance, quality, and business objectives
דרישות
- Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing deep learning and computer vision algorithms
- At least 2 years of technical or people leadership experience
- Experience leading algorithm development from concept through production
- Strong experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable machine learning frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary technical discussions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and execution skills

- Computer vision or deep learning optimization for edge devices and resource-constrained embedded platforms
- Background in 3D vision, camera calibration, geometry, optics, or sensor fusion
