תחומי אחריות

  • Lead, mentor, and develop AI researchers and computer vision engineers.
  • Set technical direction, research priorities, and team roadmaps.
  • Develop computer vision algorithms from concept through production.
  • Evaluate academic research and adopt relevant state-of-the-art methods.
  • Guide dataset definition, experimentation, model development, and performance optimization.
  • Resolve complex technical challenges through hands-on technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with product and research and development teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.

דרישות

  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in deep learning and computer vision research and development.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Git.
  • Experience taking AI algorithms from research into production.
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules while maintaining clear plans and progress visibility.

יתרון

  • Familiarity with C++ and C#.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
