- Write, debug, and optimize code across languages, frameworks, and problem domains
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and engineering best practices
- Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Provide structured feedback explaining why code succeeds or fails
- Design coding prompts and edge cases to test AI capabilities
- Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
- Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely
- Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging skills
- Ability to communicate technical decisions in plain language
- Reliable and self-directed when working independently and asynchronously
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
