- Design and build autonomous AI agents for multi-step reasoning and task execution
- Develop and operate containerized Python microservices from design through production
- Work with LLMs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and orchestration tools
- Own development, maintenance, testing strategy, design discussions, and team operations
- Participate in software design, implementation, testing, deployment, and agile delivery
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features and technical components
- Maintain application performance, availability, scalability, code quality, and thoughtful architecture
- Research technologies and influence system architecture and development practices
- Collaborate with a small cross-functional team on product and growth initiatives
דרישות
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
- At least 5 years of Python backend development experience
- At least 1 year building agentic AI systems or autonomous agents
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimization
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and Alembic
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
- Expertise in unit testing, test-driven development, and mocking
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with agent frameworks such as AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
- Understanding of reasoning patterns, tool use, function calling, agent evaluation, safety, reliability, and error handling
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
