תחומי אחריות

  • Design and ship agentic AI systems for multi-step workflow execution
  • Build planning, tool-use, memory, and recovery mechanisms
  • Develop execution frameworks for ambiguity, partial failures, and changing context
  • Create agent evaluation systems, success metrics, regression tests, and feedback loops
  • Improve reliability through validation layers, guardrails, and fallback behavior
  • Integrate and structure fragmented data into usable context
  • Build orchestration and real-world action execution systems
  • Partner with engineering and product to move research ideas into production
  • Work with early users to translate workflows into automation coverage

דרישות

  • Experience building agentic AI systems that plan, take actions, and execute multi-step workflows
  • Hands-on experience with reliable LLM-based systems beyond prototypes
  • Strong understanding of evaluation, correctness measurement, and iterative system improvement
  • Solid applied machine learning fundamentals
  • Strong software engineering skills; Python is required
  • Ability to work with ambiguous problems and messy real-world data
  • Sound judgment regarding correctness, reliability, and production behavior
